Lately, we have been experiencing a high volume of abuse towards staff members, leaving them in tears and considering leaving the NHS.
If you become abusive or aggressive towards staff, they have been instructed to terminate the call, and you may be removed as a patient from the surgery.
Please be kind and polite, and the staff will endeavour to help and resolve any problems.
