Those of you who drive to the Surgery are used to having some car parking spaces in the car park available to you. Quite a number of residential flats have gone up in our area and our list size has steadily increased. More and more, we have seen chaotic scenes and aggressive incidents occur and since we are inside running the Surgery, we are not able to manage the car park with extra staff to act as attendants.
Recently we have had to make the difficult decision to close the car park to the public on days where things are overly chaotic. Please note, there is a very large Q-PARK right next door to us and there are some roads in the vicinity that allow parking for short periods of time.
We will still endeavour to cater for blue badge holders in the Surgery car park (Blue badge holders – please ring ahead so that we can reserve a space for you if possible).
