From the 1st of December it is a requirement that all GP practices take part in the NHS Friends and Family Test (FFT)
The aim of the FFT is to gather information from patients about the service they receive from the practice. It is a feedback tool.
You can help identify area's where improvements can be made as well as letting other patients either present or prospective about your experience's at the surgery.
You may or may not be asked by the clinician you see to fill out a card at the end of your appointment. You do not have to fill it in in the consultation room and all responses are anonymous. There is a space on the reverse of the card for any comments you wish to make and they can be put in the box in the front entrance.
Results will be sent to NHS England and also displayed on the surgery notice board.
